Shipping policy

I, the owner of Bravely Beaded, do my very best to get in my products shipped in a timely manner. Ideally within 3-5 days after an order has been placed. If there is ever any issue or delay with shipping time, I will be sure to reach out to my customers and inform them of the delay.

Custom orders take longer to ship because many of my materials arrive from Ontario, Canada. Once I place an order for custom materials, it takes 4-8 days for them to arrive to me. Plus processing time, then shipping. So if you decide to place a custom order, please be prepared for a longer wait time before you receive your items.
